UK ORDERS

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour Delivery Service to ship all UK orders. Shipping cost is £3.99 standard and you can order as much as you like. Once we dispatch your order you will get the tracking number so you can follow the progress of your delivery!

We aim to despatch your order within 24 hours but in busy periods it can take up to 2 working days. Our working hours are 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.

Please also note we are closed on all bank holidays so no orders will be despatched or delivered on these days. Whilst we strive to get all orders packed and delivered as quickly as possible, some times it may take longer than quoted. If this is not possible due to stock unavailability, we will inform you via e-mail or phone as soon as possible. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

Shipping Rates:

Europe/Ireland starts at £15.99 

Canada starts at £24.99

USA/AUSTRALIA is £29.99 

We charge these rates as it's what our courier charges us to send the parcel. When we ship any order internationally it is sent in package sizes of 2kg only! If you order 4kg worth of items the postage price will increase after the first 2kg. We will then send the order in 2 boxes! As the maximum we are allowed per post is 2kg! But you will be surprised you can fit a lot in a 2kg parcel.

Please also NOTE when the parcel arrives in your country and goes through customs in your country you may be liable to pay customs and duty charge! This is not something we have any control over.

If there is a problem with your delivery address, once the parcel has been shipped and returned to us we will not refund any shipping cost or the order until the parcel returns back to us. We are not liable if you do not complete your address correctly
